Today I completed your Sentricon termite bait station installation and inspection. It was nice to meet you today. After an inspection of garage, dining room, upstairs rooms, and basement, active termites was found in dining room wall and in laundry room in basement(up on wall under sill flashing, mud tubes showing, see pics) . Inactive slight damage and mud tubes was found in garage. Sentricon AG stations were installed in dining room and in laundry room. 16 Sentricon HD stations were installed around the exterior perimeter of home. These stations will help control and monitor any termite activity. As advised, you may still see some activity and possibly a swarm, as it’s a natural progression and it may take 30-90 days to see a decrease in activity depending on the size and proximity of colony. Good afternoon. Sorry I missed you today. I completed your premium plus pest control initial service. Your Mom reported that there were bees around the deck area and kitchen window in the back. We also spoke about the termite history of the home. She relayed that there was No termite history and I found no activity at this time. I placed termite monitors at the corners of the home. These will be checked at every quarterly service. I dusted the exterior of the home for any visible cobwebs and inspected for any other activity. I saw some wasps going into a couple different areas on the soffits front and back. I treated all the soffits and eaves with a liquid residual for wasp and carpenter bees. Allow 7-10 days for the flying insect activity to settle down. You may not see total eradication but you should see a nice reduction in that time. Hello! Today I was here for your Initial pest service. First I applied a liquid treatment interior throughout the entire basement, first floor, second floor and garage along the baseboards as a preventative for all general pest. Then I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. last I installed four exterior termite monitors around the property to monitor for termite every visit moving forward. Good morning, and thank you for choosing Green Pest Solutions. Today we provided an initial service for mice and began your premium plus service. First, we thoroughly inspected the interior from house activity. We installed bait stations for the mice, snap traps, and glue traps. We did not confirm a point of ingress at this time, but we will continue to monitor, and later deduce, how the mice are getting in. From there, we can come up with an effective exclusion method. A rodent bait station was placed outside, eaves were swept for cobwebs, and the foundation was sprayed with a preventative treatment. Outside of the home wasp activity was noticed, and in the garage a few wasps were found in the rafters. We provided extra spray in the eaves to discourage any further yellowjacket activity inside the building. During today’s visit we ran out of termite monitors but we will install them on the 30 day follow up. Please allow 10 to 14 days for best results. There will be a follow up visi

We treated the eaves for carpenter bees, spraying an A-frame on the second floor. We also found a little more evidence of carpenter bee activity above the basement door, and in the shed behind. We inspected the bar area for any additional carpenter bee activity and found some old holes. We treated all those as well. We also inspected for any possible rodent entry. We found some sizable holes in the driveway side of the house, particularly in the screened vents into the crawlspace. We stuffed some copper mesh to discourage rodent activity. But these holes are large enough for a very determined rodent to push their way through. (I trust that your guard cats are very vigilant because we found no evidence of rodent activity yet.)
