Daniel K was very thorough. He listened carefully then took his time inside and outside the home. He addressed the roach issue and located "ground zero" of where the problem originated. He is a real asset to your company! This is the first time we got relief from a problem that was going on for a few months with home remedies of constant fogging and spraying. He got to the root of the problem!

Today I completed your one time service for ants, crickets and silverfish. It was nice to meet you today. After an inspection, I started by treated the kitchen for ants. An ant gel was applied to corner cabinet, around door, and countertops where ants are being seen. Ant gel baited arenas were left in those areas as well. Also, per your concern for silverfish and crickets, glue boards were placed in bedrooms, and throughout basement for monitoring/control purposes. A liquid residual treatment was applied throughout bedrooms, bathroom, and basement. Another treatment was applied around the exterior perimeter for seasonal insects. Also, a Weber pole duster was used to knock down spider webs on the exterior. These applications are to aid in the prevention of insect entry and control. Good afternoon, Today I completed your initial commercial pest service. I inspected the interior and exterior of your property. After my inspection I noticed [mice activity]. I inspected the interior and noticed most activity in the storage room in the drop ceiling where there was heavy droppings and some droppings in the room where the infants are under the kitchen sink and by the fridge. I also notice activity in the utility closets and staff kitchen. I utilized bait stations and glue boards throughout these areas targeting mice.Afterwards I spot treated the exterior with a broad spectrum liquid residual to prevent pests from entering your property but couldn’t not service the whole building due to kids being present only. As I was treating the exterior I knocked down webs and performed a visual inspection and noticed possible pest entry points where I stuffed with a copper mesh to prevent access I also placed 3 large bait stations outside targeting mice. Hello! Today I was here for your Initial pest service. First I placed 4 MBS in the garage, kitchen and utility closet to monitor and eliminate rodent activity. Then I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and ant activity were noticed during today's service but I applied ant gel bait in the area to eliminate them. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Next I placed two exterior RBS around the property to monitor and eliminate rodent activity. Then I placed copper mesh in three areas around the home to eliminate possible entry point.
